Membership Application Form
Becoming a member identifies you with our church, keeps you accountable, provides deeper care, and allows you to serve in more ways. We make an obligation and commitment to you while you make an obligation and commitment to our church family and mission. If you have a personal relationship with Jesus and now you want to call Center Point your home, we would love for you to become part of our family.
As you begin the membership process, we want to help you know what to expect. Below you will find a step-by-step guide to ensure you know what's next!
As you begin the membership process, we want to help you know what to expect. Below you will find a step-by-step guide to ensure you know what's next!
- Attend Membership Information Meeting (occurs quarterly in March, June, September, and December)
- Fill out and submit membership application
- Meet with an elder (an elder will reach out to you within one week of submitting your membership application)
- Elders vote to affirm membership
- Once affirmed in membership, you will receive a welcome email with more information about getting more connected and serving.
- You can add yourself to the Center Point Directory and build your member profile
