Bridges International NKU

We began a chapter of Bridges International at NKU in the fall of 2024.  Bridges is an arm of CRU that is focused on international students.  We offer activities and regular meetings with the aim to build community among the international students as well as connection with local families.
We believe that welcoming students into our lives is one way to obey the Bible’s instruction to welcome “strangers” and “aliens” with hospitality and dignity.  International students are also a strategic mission field coming to the US at times from closed or difficult countries, often experiencing loneliness and may be open to the Gospel.
One important way that Center Point families can be involved is by praying for us.  You can be added to our prayer letter distribution using this link   Prayer letter signup     We often need help with transportation & food for dinners we provide.  Additionally, we offer “Dinner with an American family” where a family hosts 2-3 students for a one time meal.  Most international students that study in the US never see the inside of a family’s home and we are working to change that.  If you are interested in this opportunity contact us through the church directory or CPC Group Me.
