In Matthew 9:18–26, Pastor Aaron Barnett explores two desperate people who come to Jesus in faith: a father grieving the death of his daughter and a woman suffering from twelve years of illness. Despite the shame, fear, and obstacles they faced, both trusted that Jesus had the power to help them.

Through these encounters, we see the compassion, authority, and love of Christ toward those who come to Him. We are reminded that it is not the strength of our faith that saves us, but the strength of the Savior in whom we place our faith.

This sermon challenges us to examine what we believe about Jesus, trust His timing, and approach Him with humility and faith. No matter our circumstances, struggles, or past, we have every reason to come to Christ and no good reason to stay away.
